ISLA is a hybrid learning hub. Students follow their own educational programme such as an online school, international curriculum, or distance learning and use ISLA as a structured workplace to study and stay on track.
Our campus is open daily, providing a consistent base where students can build routine, focus, and work independently. Students organise their day around their own schedule while benefiting from a calm, social learning environment.
Academic support is available on site and online, depending on each student’s needs. This includes subject tutoring, study planning, and progress support, arranged per subject, per hour, or through individual agreements.
In addition to independent study, students can take part in sports, project work, and discovery days. These activities are optional and can be combined with each student’s academic schedule, adding physical activity, collaboration, and real world experiences to the week.
ISLA is designed for families who need flexibility without losing structure. Many of our students are part of digital nomad or relocating families or are transitioning between schools. Students can join short term or longer term and combine their studies with sports, projects and excursions.
We support students following a wide range of international pathways, including the British curriculum, IGCSE and A Levels and IEB, American high school pathways and university preparation programmes. ISLA complements these programmes. We do not replace them.

Learning groups are maximum 8 students and tutoring is individual or in small groups.
At ISLA, learning does not stop at a desk. Children can combine their academic pathway with project work, outdoor learning and sports as part of their day at ISLA Campus.
Outdoor learning and sports are integrated into daily life and help children stay active, engaged and connected to the world around them. Whether through collaborative projects, discovery days, excursions or physical activities, students learn by doing, exploring and experiencing.
ISLA places strong emphasis on life skills and social development. Children learn how to communicate, collaborate, organise themselves, solve problems and build meaningful relationships with others.
In our small and international community young people develop independence, responsibility and self-awareness while learning to work with different ages, cultures and personalities.
Once a month, ISLA Academy invites all adolescents to join ISLA Discovery Days. For field-based education, fun and friendship. Every trip is a chance to learn in real-world settings, guided by specialised teachers and inspiring guest experts. At the same time, you’ll connect with people your age, share interests, and enjoy a day full of discovery.
