Secondary Years
ISLA Academy and Mallorca Tutoring Academy (MTA) are joining forces to offer a highly personalised, student- centered British education for students for lower secondary, IGCSE’s and A levels.
MTA provides expert academic guidance. ISLA enriches learning by teaching life skills and creating a larger social community. We combine academics with project work, outdoor education, sports, and themed field trips.
This is how it works
- The student selects their own academic subjects.
- Each student follows a unique path through blended learning, Curriculum work follows the Wolsey Hall Oxford programme, combining expert tutoring and a state of the art online platform.
- Academics are delivered at ISLA Urban, while project work and sports take place at the ISLA Campus. Both locations are in Manacor.

- Personalised learning at its best
- Small class sizes
- Subject-based grouping – students are grouped by subject for academic lessons
- Blended learning – allowing for flexibility and regular trave

- Age-based grouping – for collaboration and teamwork
- Hands-on, inquiry-based learning – developing independence and critical thinking
- Frequent field trips – connecting learning to real-world experiences
